1月22日，能建时代新能源与海南省发展控股有限公司（以下简称“海南控股”）旗下的海南临空产业发展集团有限公司（以下简称“海南临空”）、海南海控能源股份有限公司（以下简称“海控能源”）三方合作签约仪式在海口举行。
On January 22nd, the signing ceremony of tripartite cooperation between CEECATL and Hainan Airport, a subsidiary of Hainan Holdings, and HaiNan Holdings Energy was held in Haikou.
能建时代新能源党委书记、董事长黄庆丰，凯德投资首席企业官柯丽芬，海南控股党委书记、董事长周军平，上海聚创投资董事长林纹如出席签约仪式并证签，能建时代新能源党委委员、副总经理黄铠，海南临空党支部书记、董事长王海烨，海控能源党委书记、董事长李峥嵘代表公司签约。此次成功签约是能建时代新能源深化中国能建、宁德时代两大股东方与海南省战略合作关系的有力举措，也是公司践行国家绿色低碳发展战略的重要体现。

The successful signing of this contract is a powerful measure for CEECATL to deepen the strategic cooperative relationship between the two major shareholders of CEEC and CATL and Hainan Province, and it is also an important embodiment of CEECATL's implementation of the national green and low-carbon development strategy.
能建时代新能源与海南临空、海控能源就海南自贸港临空产业区、美兰机场综合能源开发进行合作，聚焦分布式光伏、光储充一体化、直流微电网、绿色节能建筑与智慧能源平台构建，旨在打造一个节能高效、绿色零碳的“港产城”融合示范标杆，推动海南绿色低碳转型。海南自贸港临空产业区是中国与新加坡双边政府重要合作项目之一，由凯德投资与海南控股联合投资运营。海口美兰机场是国内重要的枢纽机场之一，2024年跻身国内三星机场行列。海南控股是海南省资产规模最大的省属国企集团，以机场投建营、区域综合开发、商贸服务、清洁能源等业务为核心，海南临空、海控能源是其重要子公司。此次三方合作顺利签约，将有力促进临空产业区、美兰机场绿色能源规划落地实施。
CEECATL cooperates with Hainan Airport and HaiNan Holdings Energy on the comprehensive energy development of Hainan Free Trade Port Airport Industrial Zone and Meilan Airport, focusing on the construction of distributed photovoltaics, optical storage and charging integration, DC microgrids, green energy-saving buildings and smart energy platforms, aiming to create an energy-saving, efficient, green and zero-carbon "port-industry-city" integration demonstration benchmark, and promote Hainan's green and low-carbon transformation. The Hainan Free Trade Port Airport Industrial Zone is one of the important bilateral cooperation projects between China and Singapore, and is jointly invested and operated by CapitaLand Investment and Hainan Holdings. Haikou Meilan Airport is one of the important hub airports in China, and will be among the three-star airports in China in 2024. Hainan Holdings is the provincial state-owned enterprise group with the largest assets in Hainan Province, with airport investment, construction and operation, regional comprehensive development, business and trade services, clean energy and other businesses as its core, and Hainan Airport and HaiNan Holdings Energy are its important subsidiaries. The successful signing of the tripartite cooperation will effectively promote the implementation of the green energy planning of the Airport Industrial Zone and Meilan Airport.
